What therapy services do I offer?

Individual therapy

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you struggling to understand why you feel differently lately? Have you been doubting your ability to do certain things? Do you want to work through a traumatic experience?

Even though we may have great relationships, we can struggle to discuss the hard things because we worry about being a burden or risking the connection.

One-on-one sessions allow you a safe place to talk about what’s been troubling you. You can be your authentic self, experience emotions without judgement, and find solutions to your concerns.

Teens/Adolescents

Have you noticed withdrawal, sadness, extreme worry? Do you have concerns about your child’s self-esteem? Does your child struggle with coping or expressing emotions?

Are you worried about how to have a better relationship with your teen? Do you second-guess whether you’re doing this parenting thing right? Parenting is one of the hardest tasks in life and we all want to get it right.

Adolescence is filled with so many experiences. Adjusting to these experiences can lead to issues at home, in school, or with peers. Teens (as well as their caregivers) need a supportive setting to express emotions, develop a healthy sense of self, and allow their personalities to shine.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a therapy intervention that allows you to go beyond the “thinking brain” to tap into your emotions and bodily sensations. It’s not your traditional talk therapy as you get to talk as much or as little as you feel. Brainspotting can be helpful in dealing with trauma, anxiety, and a multitude of issues. It is a powerful process given the level of attunement between you and me. I am consistently present and with you throughout the healing process.
